Winston PTO

The Winston PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) membership includes all parents and faculty of The Winston School. We are excited about the upcoming year and we want YOU involved!  Attending events and volunteering with the PTO is a great way to connect with other parents at Winston, stay informed on what's happening at the school and further support your child's education. 

Some of the many activities organized by the Winston PTO are:

•      The PTO Weekly  a weekly newsletter emailed to all parents with current information about school events

•       PTO Meetings  first Wednesday of the month at 8:30 am - see schedule below

•       Room Parents  class parties, volunteers, etc

•      Programs  quarterly meetings at the school with speakers and information of interest to Winston families.  Contact:  Karen Schlossberg at Karen@Schlossberg.us

•      Exam Readers  parent volunteers who read semester exams to students and/or serve as writers for students needing help with writing.  Contact:  Audrey Schaper (ASchaper@airmail.net)

•      Teacher Appreciation  recognizing our outstanding faculty and staff throughout the year.  Contact:  Pam Farrington (Pam.Farrington@tx.rr.com)

•       Library Guild  organizing library volunteers.  Contact:  Sydney Heasley (SLHeasley@gmail.com)

•      Socializing and/or Fundraising Events such as Fall Festival, Grandparent's Day, Auction/Fundraising Dinner, Socials, Annual Book & Garage Sale, etc.

•     Winston Cares  supporting families who are new to the school, celebrating a birth or dealing with a loss. Committee Head is Brooke Zasa (BrookeSJDH@gmail.com)
